Class descriptions
POLE BEGINNER IThe beginner 1 class is the intro to pole. Students should be working on the basics of pole which include: sit, climb, invert, and simple movements around the pole. This class is for anyone new to pole dancing.
POLE BEGINNER IIThis class builds on the skills learned in Beginner 1. In this class, you will work on perfecting what you learned in Beginner 1 while building up your pole repertoire to include leg hangs and hip hold variations. You will learn combinations and how to transition between moves along with new spins and floorwork to bring it all together. Students taking this class should already have a solid basic invert.

POLE INTERMEDIATE IStudents will learn complex combinations, transitions, dance technique and floorwork. In this class you will learn new shapes and transitions that will build your strength and flexibility. This class will be taught using both static and/or spinning pole. Students taking this class should already be able to do a solid outside leg hang.
POLE IMTERMEDIATE IILet’s get airborne! Intermediate 2 will challenge your strength and flexibility. You will learn new aerial mounts and dismounts as well as some dramatic power moves. In this class, you will build your stamina as you learn longer trick and floorwork combinations on both spinning and static pole. Students in this class should already be able to do a clean aerial invert.

POLE ADVANCEDThis is the most challenging class. This is a fast paced hour and a half focused on advanced tricks and variations. In this class you will get to explore your own style and add a personal touch to the combinations you learn. Students should have a solid handspring and aerial shoulder mount.
FLEXIBILITYWant to get bendy? Stretching is essential for keeping muscles flexible, strong and healthy and reduces the risk of injury. By increasing the range of motion in a particular joint through stretching, you may decrease the resistance on your muscles during various activities, which helps relieve post-exercise aches and pains. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion which will help create beautiful lines when executing aerial tricks

POLE CONDITIONINGNeed a little extra training to help get to your pole goals? Come take a pole conditioning class! This class includes on exercises that help with strength, balance, and endurance as you progress in pole! We then focus on a breaking down the techniques of a few selected pole moves. Class is open to all levels.
CONTEMPORARY JAZZIn this class you will learn the fundamentals of jazz, contemporary, and ballet. You’ll have the opportunity to work on flexibility, strength, spinning, jumping, and more. After learning techniques and across the floor, the class will progress to small combinations and then choreography.
